1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTICLES 1.1. Authentic, previously unpublished articles that meet the following formal requirements are accepted for publication in the Personality: Resources and Potential journal:
- the article shall be written in Russian or English;
- the article shall be designed according to the requirements of the journal;
- the article shall correspond to the subject matter of the journal;
- the article shall be delivered in accordance with the publication ethics standards.
1.2. The following types of articles are accepted for publication:
- theoretical (the material reflects the results of a theoretical generalization of a specific scientific problem);
- empirical (the material reflects the results of a specific empirical study);
- methodological (the material presents the results of the development and testing of any diagnostic tool or a description of certain author's methods, techniques, technologies, etc. and methodological recommendations for their use);
- practical (the material describes practical work of a psychologist, HR specialist, manager in solving various problems related to the formation and development of personal resources and potential, the use of certain psychological methods, techniques, technologies, etc.);
- review (the material presents the results of the study and systematization of relevant scientific papers on a specific topic; analysis of diagnostic and developmental tools used in scientific research and practice; analysis and criticism of ideas made following discussions, etc.)
1.3. The submitted manuscript shall be an original work. The verification of the originality of the text in Russian is carried out in the AntiPlagiat VUZ program. The percentage of uniqueness/originality of the text shall be at least 70%. In some cases (scientific discussion with an opponent, document analysis, etc.), it is possible to publish materials with a lower percentage of originality. The decision on the expediency of publication is made by the Editorial Board based on the information of the Executive Secretary.
1.4. The ownership and scope of copyrights to the materials published in the journal are determined by the applicable law of the Russian Federation. Electronic distribution of any journal articles or excerpts from them is only allowed with a reference to the primary source. It is prohibited to publish the materials of the journal by third parties or organizations on paper and hard electronic media without the permission of the Editorial Board.
1.5. The authors, in accordance with the
publication ethics, are responsible for the selection and reliability of the facts, quotations, statistical data, proper names, geographical names and other information, as well as for the use of data not intended for open publication.
2. RULES FOR SUBMITTING MANUSCRIPTS1.
Original articles that meet the profile of the journal and have
not been previously published in other journals, which are not under consideration by other print and/or electronic publications, are accepted for consideration.
2. The article shall be written in a language understandable not only to domain experts, but also to a broad audience. The text shall be carefully proofread by the author.

Articles by graduate students and applicants, as well as undergraduates, are accepted for consideration with the review provided by the supervisor and the letter of recommendation from the department.
Articles by undergraduate and graduate students are accepted for consideration only if they are written in collaboration with the supervisor.
4. The article shall be designed according and formatted according to the
requirements.
5. The article shall be
at least 15,000 and no more than 40,000 characters including spaces in volume (excluding abstracts, keywords and a reference list in Russian and English).
6. All articles that are submitted to the journal are initially selected for compliance with the requirements, format, genre and area of current interests of the journal. Articles that do not correspond to the subject matter of the journal or the requirements for design or volume are not accepted for publication and are returned to the author for revision without examining their merits. Articles accepted based on the results of the initial selection are subject to mandatory
peer reviewing.
7. The decision on the expediency of publication is made by the Editorial Board of the journal. A copy of the review with follow-up recommendations or a reasoned refusal to publish is sent to the author.
8. The article accepted for publication is subject to editing without changing the scientific content of the author's version.
9. Correspondence with the author is arranged through the e-mail specified in the information about the author; correspondence with assistants, secretaries, etc. is not provided.
10. If the author fails to comply with the requirements of the journal's editor or does not respond to letters for more than three months, the article is withdrawn.
3. ARTICLE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS1. The content of the article shall be clearly structured and include a number of mandatory sections.
For empirical articles, the following sections are mandatory:
- Introduction (or Problem Statement, etc.) justifies the relevance and novelty of the research, defines its goals and objectives and gives a brief overview of the state of development of the problem;
- Methods and Sampling discloses the methodology of the study, describes the methods and techniques used in the study and the sample it is based on;
- Discussion of the Research Results (or Research Results, etc.) reflects the main content of the author's research;
- Conclusion presents conclusions that correlate with the purpose and/or objectives in the Introduction part and indicates possible ways of further research.
In theoretical, methodological, practical and review articles,
the Introduction, the Main Part (Parts) and the Conclusion shall be highlighted, while the main part(s) shall be structured and named in accordance with the subject matter of the article and the logic of the author's presentation.
The title of the article shall correspond to its content.
2. All mandatory elements of the publishing design of the article (title, author information, abstract, keywords, acknowledgements, main text, reference list) shall be designed in accordance with the requirements of the journal, which can be downloaded in Word format

4. DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLICATION1. Preparation of Articles
To submit an article, authors shall confirm the following points. The manuscript will be returned to the authors if it does not meet them:
- This article has not been previously published, nor has it been submitted for review and publication in another journal (or an explanation of this is given in the Comments for the editor).
- The submitted article is presented in the OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF or WordPerfect format.
- The full URLs are provided where possible.
- The text shall be typed with 1,5 line spacing and 14 font size; italics, not low lines, shall be used for highlighting (except for Internet addresses); all figures, graphs and tables shall be placed in appropriate places in the text and not at the end of the document.
- The text meets the stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in the Rules for Authors paragraph in the About the Journal section.
2. To publish an article in the journal, authors shall provide the Editorial Board with:
