The electronic scientific and practical journal Personality: Resources and Potential was created in 2019 with the scientific and methodological support of the Research Laboratory of Diagnostics and Assessment of Managers of the RANEPA Graduate School of Public Management.
Initially, the journal was conceived as a platform to quickly publish articles about the latest achievements and developments in the field of diagnostics, evaluation and development of management personnel. However, the journal's scope of domains quickly expanded.
This was largely facilitated by the fact that the journal became a platform for publishing articles by participants of the International Scientific Conference “Personality in management systems”.
In 2023, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) became the founder of the Personality: Resources and Potential journal.
Currently, the journal publishes articles on economic, psychological and sociological sciences devoted to topical issues related to the place and role of the individual in the political, economic, spiritual, cultural life of society, including in management systems, as well as with directions, methods and trends in the development of personal resources and potential at different stages of life and in various spheres of life, primarily, in the professional sphere.
The authors of the journal are researchers from the RANEPA, the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia, the Academy of Public Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Academy of Public Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Belarusian-Uzbek Interdisciplinary Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications, the Management Institute of Finland, the State University of Education, the Donetsk Academy of Management and Public Administration, the Higher School of Economics, the National Research Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod, the Russian State University for the Humanities, the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, St. Petersburg State University, Pacific State University, Ulyanovsk State University, North Caucasus Federal University, Yugra State University, Yaroslavl Demidov State University, etc.
