Abstract
The article discusses issues related to some aspects of the artistic perception of reality, revealing the ratio of rational and emotional in this. The understanding of the unity of the rational and emotional in the perception of the artist as a reflection of his values and goals is characterized.
Abstract
The article substantiates the role of the managerial resource of the executive power in achieving the development goals of the regional economy under the conditions of sanctions, internal and external competition for resources and sales markets. The results of the study demonstrate noticeable differences in the results of the socio-economic development of similar subjects of the Russian Federation, including in the structure of the economy. At the same time, the results of the study make it possible to determine the specific contribution to the achievement of indicators of the socio-economic state of the regions. They also make it possible to systematize the requirements for the formation and use of the managerial resource of the region’s executive power from the standpoint of teamwork and result orientation, taking into account the value orientations of the population.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the activities of one of the leading centers of additional education for children, the content and management foundations of the functioning of the Artek Medical Center are revealed. Information is given about the history of the center, its main pedagogical goals, and its purpose is characterized. On the basis of «Artek pedagogy» the directions of educational and educational activity are revealed.

The paper focuses on the problems associated with achieving digital leadership and maintaining psychological security of the individual under the threat of technological stress development.
Abstract
The article is of recapitulative nature. Modern studies carried out within the framework of the concept of restrictions are presented. The emphasis is on the analysis of the study of the heads of budgetary organizations: education, culture, health care. The results of the comparison of managerial competencies of heads of budgetary and private organizations are given. The characteristics of personal limitations in the implementation of managerial activities of women heads of cultural institutions are described.
