The article presents the results of a study of ways to improve the efficiency of the use of regional personnel competitions for the formation of management teams that ensure the implementation of national projects. It is shown that open regional personnel competitions are currently not sufficiently evaluated as an effective tool for selecting regional project teams. The ways of increasing the efficiency of the use of regional personnel competitions for the formation of management teams that ensure the implementation of national projects are proposed in this article.
