The article presents the results of the problem-analytical session «Personnel Service: development opportunities», held on May 12-13, 2022 by the Graduate School of Public Administration (GSPM) of the RANEPA. The event focused on exchanging views and forming common ideas about the most significant, key problems in the field of personnel management in the civil service.
