The main structural components of the socio-psychological climate are analyzed: organization; awareness; contactivity; openness; desire to maintain the integrity of the group, which affect the work of both individual employees and the institution as a whole. The overall state of the socio-psychological climate is found to fluctuate around the lower end of the average range, with responsibility and cohesion being the weakest, which is due, on the one hand, to staff professional burnout, which was exacerbated during the pandemic, and to impending organizational changes associated with restructuring.
