Abstract
The prospects for personal development in the field of managerial activity related to the informatization of society are discussed. The main content of the study is the analysis of the system of discourses of managerial activity in the context of digitalization. A genetic approach is being implemented to comprehend the logic of the impact of information technologies on the content and forms of management activities. The analysis made it possible to identify the key elements of the specifics of personal development associated with informatization: clip thinking, gamification, visual turn, project identification models.
Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of the relationship between mentoring and management culture. The main content of the study is an analysis of the views of researchers of the problem and the results of the Russian practice of implementing a mentoring system. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that today mentoring is considered not only as a process of knowledge transfer, but also as an element of the management culture by mastering the norms of behavior and values of the mentor and achieving the management goals of the two sides. The theoretical significance of the work lies in determining the place of mentoring in managerial culture, the practical significance is determined by the possibility of using the recommendations proposed by the author in various fields of activity and sectors of the economy.
Abstract
This article is devoted to the topical topic of how the process of adaptation of civil servants to professional activity. The author indicates what adaptation is, its types, the effectiveness of the adaptation process et the present time. The author also revealed that the adaptation process is very important for the effective functioning and development of the civil service. It is possible to increase the efficiency of the public service by introducing modern management methods into the concept of its management.
Abstract
The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to research on the features of ethnic identity in domestic and foreign psychology. The analysis of theoretical and empirical studies on the issues under study in domestic developmental psychology and social sciences and humanities has been carried out. Theoretical analysis of research allows us to assert that the formation of a person’s ethnic identity in the age aspect occurs as the knowledge of reality and decision-making regarding the role of ethnicity in one’s life. What is the result of the formation of emotional and evaluative awareness of belonging to an ethnic community.
Abstract
The article presents the results of diagnostics of socio-psychological climate in the organizations of social sphere in Saratov region. The main structural components of the socio-psychological climate are analyzed: organization; awareness; contactivity; openness; desire to maintain the integrity of the group, which affect the work of both individual employees and the institution as a whole. The overall state of the socio-psychological climate is found to fluctuate around the lower end of the average range, with responsibility and cohesion being the weakest, which is due, on the one hand, to staff professional burnout, which was exacerbated during the pandemic, and to impending organizational changes associated with restructuring.
Abstract
The problem of competence approach in the conditions of digital transformation of educational sphere is actualized. A model for harmonization of systemic and creative educational technologies based on a set of graphical and informational representations is proposed. The directions of forming and supporting systemic-creative balance of educational technologies, as well as the interpretation of this balance within the framework of inventive problem solving theory are considered.
