Purpose of the study: to reveal the nature of the relationship between hardiness (S. Muddy) and dominant state (L.V. Kulikov). The PSS-10 scale of perceived stress was also used for triangulation. The experimental study was conducted on a group of 120 subjects. As a result of the study the hypothesis that hardiness can be a predictor of the state of employees in crisis and uncertainty was confirmed. The program of development of employees’ resilience is also proposed.
