The main content of the research is to determine the conditions and events of personal, professional, managerial activity in the ongoing social and economic processes. As a result of the analysis, the author demonstrated the transformation of typical internal processes of self-development from personal growth at the beginning of constructing a life trajectory to professional growth and development, which are largely influenced by economic and environmental factors of the near and distant environment, which are in a certain connection with global trends in development of technologies and priorities of demand for professional skills and abilities.
