The article reviews the results of the research aimed at studying the alignment of the reference model of work with personnel (the Concept of State Personnel Policy of the Republic of Belarus was adopted in 2024) and individual managerial experience of civil servants. The subject of the research was the perceptions of managerial personnel about the problems of the Concept realization, ways and means of overcoming them. It’s based on the basis of survey method and content analysis. Substantive spectrum of problems as well as directions of their solutions were revealed in the group of managerial personnel; a quantitative predominance of constructive suggestions was found in comparison with problematized aspects of personnel work.
