The participants of the round table, experts in the field of diagnostics, evaluation and development of management teams, talked about the main characteristics that distinguish a management team from a simple management group and from other types of teams, tools that allow evaluating the effectiveness of a management team as a collective management entity, psychological criteria for selecting management team members, the specifics of the relationship between the head and the management team, and the impact of these relationships on the productivity of the team; We thought about whether management should always be team-based and at which levels of the management hierarchy it is especially necessary, and what factors contribute to or hinder the development of management teams.
