The problem of competence approach in the conditions of digital transformation of educational sphere is actualized. A model for harmonization of systemic and creative educational technologies based on a set of graphical and informational representations is proposed. The directions of forming and supporting systemic-creative balance of educational technologies, as well as the interpretation of this balance within the framework of inventive problem solving theory are considered.
