Abstract
The article explores the specifics of human interaction with the information environment. A new theoretical model of personal resources has been proposed and tested, aimed at enabling creative engagement with symbolic reality and behavioral self-determination under conditions of informational overload. Theoretical and methodological foundations are presented for identifying perceivable archetypes of interaction with the information environment. Based on empirical research, 12 archetypes are distinguished: “recipient,” “observer,” “activist,” “analyst,” “manipulator,” “theorist,” “expert,” “confident user,” “organizer,” “planner,” “author,” and “innovator.” It is shown that these archetypes differ in terms of personal involvement, stability, and awareness. Psychological indicators of personality resilience and readiness to assimilate and transform incoming information are identified. Recommendations are formulated for applying the research results to develop tools for assessing personal growth potential under informational pressure, as well as programs for psychological support in the process of informational and digital socialization and the development of the ability to build “dialogue with the information environment” (informational and psychological competence), including situations of counteracting destructive information flows.
Abstract
The article examines modern approaches to managing teams within educational organizations in the context of age and value diversity. Based on generational theory, it analyzes differences in values, communication styles, and professional orientations among representatives of various age groups working in contemporary schools. It is demonstrated that intergenerational differences significantly affect management processes in educational organizations. The necessity of the transition from authoritarian management models to flexible leadership styles based on empathy, facilitation, mentoring, and cultural intelligence is substantiated. The article presents approaches to creating an environment of trust, safe dialogue, and intergenerational exchange of experience, including practices of reverse mentoring and a “culture of celebration.” It concludes that continuous monitoring of educators’ value orientations is essential for the successful development of educational organizations in the context of generational diversity.
Abstract
This article explores gender-specific features of work motivation among male and female municipal employees with different statuses of professional identity. The diagnostic tools used in the study included the Structure of Work Motivation test (A. G. Shmelev et al.) and the Professional Identity Research Methodology (L. B. Schneider). The sample consisted of 220 municipal employees (79 men and 141 women). Significant gender differences in work motivation have been identified: men with the status of “achieved identity” are more oriented toward social recognition of their merits, while women with the same status are more focused on the internal sense of a well-done job. Men with the status of “pseudo-identity” tend to follow established rules and traditions of professional culture, whereas women with the same status are more oriented to following their own internal guidelines and flexibly interpreting culturally established rules and traditions based on their personal beliefs. The findings are relevant for the development of differentiated adaptation and retention programs for municipal personnel.
Abstract
The issue of identity is central to social science, as it encompasses aspects of self-determination, group affiliation, and interaction with society. Personal identity and social identity develop through social interaction and, despite their differences, are closely interconnected. In the context of globalization and cultural transformation, traditional forms of identity are being reconsidered, leading to the emergence of new modes of self-identification. This article explores theoretical aspects of the formation of personal and social identity, and their dynamics and interrelation in the context of social development. Particular attention is given to the impact of identity transformation and its role in social adaptation and integration amid such social changes as globalization and migration. The importance of identity is emphasized as a resource for social development and for addressing social challenges.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of selection of candidates for the positions of judges in the Russian Federation. The transformation of key skills of a judge in the context of the evolution of the judicial system from a bureaucratic to an active model of justice is considered. The need to increase the activity of judges to create a new practice in the context of the complexity of legislation is emphasized. The shortcomings of current approaches to the selection of candidates are analyzed and ways of improvement based on domestic and international standards are proposed. The need to take into account the personal and psychological characteristics of candidates for the positions of judges and the introduction of resource assessment methods is emphasized. The formation of a reserve of candidates is proposed in order to create mechanisms for the development of the necessary personal and professional resources of applicants for the positions of judges in the Russian Federation.
Abstract
The article examines the issue of internet addiction in adolescents in relation to types of child-parent relationships. Existing theoretical approaches to understanding the factors contributing to internet addiction, such as adolescents’ personality traits, social environment, and parenting styles, are analyzed. An empirical study was conducted involving adolescents aged 12 to 16 and their parents. The study utilized the Internet Addiction Test (IAT), the Parent Adult-Child Relationship Questionnaire (PACQ), and the Parenting Styles and Dimensions Questionnaire (PSDQ). It has been empirically established that a high level of internet addiction is associated with authoritarian parenting, insufficient emotional support, and a lack of trust-based relationships. It is shown that a democratic family style contributes to reducing the risk of developing addictive behavior. Practical recommendations for preventing internet addiction in adolescents are offered for parents, educators, and psychologists.
Abstract
The article examines the influence of the digital trap phenomenon on the intellectual and professional activities of managers at the organizational level. The author’s interpretation of the digital trap as one of the effects of digitalization is presented. The genesis and essential characteristics of the digital trap for the manager are substantiated at the theoretical level. The consequences of its influence on the content of intellectual activity (using the example of the process of making management decisions) and the transformation of professional (managerial) activity are determined. A comparative analysis of the content of the intellectual and professional activity of the manager before and after the impact of the digital trap is carried out.
